Even though it appears as a last step resembling the summative evaluation step described above, evaluation is an ongoing procedure, since we also evaluate the instruction formatively while the course is being designed and running. The feedback gathered both during and at the end of the instruction can provide us with guidelines for further revision and refurbishment. Some useful questions to ask yourselves: - Did the students master the content? Are they able to apply the new knowledge/skills? - What worked or did not work well? - Were/Are the learners motivated?
